(Blog Note:  Yes, Juliet is wearing her "Birthday Girl" shirt in these pictures.  Yes, she is 17 months old.  Mommy was VERY low on clean laundry and Juliet is lucky enough to still fit perfectly in her 12 month clothes.)

Dynamic Duo

A word about the dynamic duo--Matty and Juliet.  They generally get along really well and Matty is always trying to help Juliet.  He will sit and help her take off her shoes or share his snack with her or try to change her diaper.  Juliet is more than willing to take Matty up on his offer to help and looks to him if Mommy or Daddy say no. 

Sunday morning as we were waking up, Juliet saunters into our bedroom.  How did Juliet get out of her crib??  It seems Matty went in to see her and found her awake.  She put her arms up to get out of the crib, so he decided to help her escape.  The details are fuzzy (interrogating a 1 and 3 year old is difficult).  It appears that Matty took his step stool from the bathroom and stood on it while he lifted and Juliet climbed out of the crib and down to the floor. 

Oh dear.  I can only imagine what these two are going to get into as they get older...
