Juliet keeps getting bigger every day!  She really has been "chunking" up, although since she still fits well in her newborn clothes, I guess she isn't that pudgy yet.  I tried to put her in a 0-3 month size outfit yesterday.  It was a colossal failure--it was huge and her arms kept coming out the neck hole and her legs were never in the pants!  Oh well--at least we like her newborn clothes!

Crazy Hair

Matty has some out of control hair. There is a constant battle between his parents about what to do about it--buzz cut short vs grow it out. I'm taking him this morning to get his hair cut--hopefully it turns out ok!  No buzzer yet, just want to trim the craziness that resides on top of his head to see if we can make it look cute instead of unkempt.

Bulking Up!

Juliet is 1 Month!  Hard to believe, but true!  She had her 1 month check up today and here are her stats:

***Milestone Alert***

Length:  19 3/4 inches

Weight:  6 lb 7 oz

These measurements mean that our little girl has grown to the whopping 3rd percentile in weight and 10th percentile in height.  She still has a few more ounces to go to weigh as much as Matty did when he was born (6 lb 13 oz)!  She's small, but she's healthy and everything is looking great.  Thank goodness for newborn clothes and diapers.  Her favorite activities are sleeping, eating, and pooping and she excels at all three.

Who's the Giant?

Matty and Juliet playing on the floor.  Juliet makes Matty seem like an absolute giant.  I had no idea how humongous his head was before she was born.  I actually thought he was a small kid, but man, does he seem solid in comparison!
